DISTRICT COURT

  • Cody K. Buchenroth, 28, Lancaster: first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; public intoxication, $100.
  • Matthew B. Goebel, 25, Parksville: third-degree terroristic threatening, 365 days; third-degree burglary, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for eight days served, remaining time probated two years, no contact with victim; third-degree criminal mischief, 30 days; fourth-degree assault, 90 days, all time to run concurrently, probated the same.
  • Christopher Herring, 40, Junction City: public intoxication, $25; DUI third offense, amended to disorderly conduct, $250; and no insurance card, no liability insurance and possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, all dismissed.
  • Iva Tennille Johnson: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days; public intoxication with a controlled substance, 30 days; tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for five days served, remaining time probated two years.
  • Teddy Eugene Mays, 40: trafficking in controlled substance, heroin, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days; possession of marijuana, 30 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days, to run concurrently, credit for 46 days served, remaining time to run concurrently with other Boyle County case.
  • Richard L. Cummins Jr., 44, Danville: possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, dismissed; DUI, $200, license suspended 30 days.
  • Gabriel Jeffrey Harper, 19, Stanford: shoplifting property valued less than $500, 30 days, probated two years, banned from Walmart.
  • Damon L. Lyttle, 24, homeless: resisting arrest, 120 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days, concurrently, credit for 19 days served, remaining time to run concurrently with state time now serving.
  • Carlos Thomas, 40: fourth-degree domestic assault, 30 days, credit for eight days served, remaining time probated two years.

 

GRAND JURY

Cases referred to the Boyle County grand jury recently include:

  • Brad C. Alcorn, 44, Danville: three counts first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor; identity theft; contempt of court; second-degree disorderly conduct; public intoxication with a controlled substance; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified. Also, second-degree disorderly conduct; resisting arrest; public intoxication with a controlled substance and third-degree criminal mischief continued in district court.
  • Stanley Dale Carney, 38: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; failure to use proper signal.
  • Stephan Liponi, 30: driving on suspended license; DUI; possession of drug paraphernalia; receiving stolen property valued less than $10,000. Also contempt of court, 10 days, credit for 10 days served.
  • Eric Ray Smith, 33, Danville: fourth-degree assault; second-degree strangulation; first-degree possession of controlled substance.
  • Eugenia Lynn White, 43, Lexington: DUI; first-degree possession of controlled substance, meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance, drug unspecified; second-degree possession of controlled substance; third-degree possession of controlled substance.
