Dwain Dalehart “Dink” Pendergraft

1933-2019

Dwain Dalehart “Dink” Pendergraft, 86, of Hustonville passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019. Born February 22, 1933, he was the son of the late Lottie Pendergraft Collier. Dink was preceded in death by his wife, Deloris Wilcher Pendergraft and brother, J.W. Collier. 

He is survived by two daughters, Katie (Henry) McCowan of Junction City and Lorraine Warner of Hustonville; two sons, Darin (Michelle) Pendergraft and Jamie (Jennifer) Pendergraft of Moreland; two brothers, Kenneth (Dora) Tanner of Junction City and Ricky (Sharon ) Collier of IN; three sisters: Roberta Lowe of Florence, Judy Lewis of Grayson, and Linda Ballou of TX; five grandchildren: Anthony (Melinda) McCowan of Danville, Jason (Kim) McCowan of Burgin, Shaun (Sara) Pendergraft of Winchester, Kebra (Jeremiah) Nimmo of LaGrange, and Josie Pendergraft; seven great grandchildren: Blake and Kade McCowan, Jeremiah and Joseph McCowan, Taylor Pendergraft, and Laken and Micah Nimmo; and caregiver, Crystal Cunningham of Hustonville. 

Services will be at 2 pm, Sunday at Ellisburg Baptist Church by Bro. Bud Stidham and Bro. Jeremiah Nimmo. Burial will be in Hustonville Cemetery. Pallbearers are Jamie Pendergraft, Anthony McCowan, Jason McCowan, Shaun Pendergraft, Scott Spahr, and Steve Wilcher. Honorary pallbearers are Marshall Qualls, Shirley Richards, and the members of Ellisburg Baptist Church Men’s Sunday School Class.
