Gordy and Chief: Pets of the Week

Published 5:34 pm Tuesday, January 14, 2020

Our featured pets this week are Gordy and Chief.

Gordy

Gordy is a precious 3 ½-month-old gray tabby. He was brought to the humane society, along with his littermates, when he was a very small kitten. Luckily, there was a wonderful foster home available for Gordy and his siblings. Gordy thrived in the foster environment and has been around other animals and children. He is a loving kitten with lots of spirit and an adventurous personality. One of the girl kittens has just been adopted, and Gordy and his other two littermates are hoping to find their purrfect match real soon.

Chief is a very handsome 7-month-old Pit Bull mix. He has a light brown coat with a big patch of white on his chest and white feet. He is a very flashy boy. Chief was surrendered by his owner because she lived in an apartment and had small children and Chief was just too energetic for toddlers and a small living area. He is still a pup with lots of vim and vigor. Chief needs to be with a family that has the time to give him the exercise, training and attention that he deserves, and he will make a faithful companion for many years to come.
