Boyle County grand jury indictments: January 2020

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Jan. 22:

  • Brad Alcorn, 44, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Hobie Daugherty with the Danville Police Department testified.
  • Ashley Allen, 39, Campbellsville: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and banned from all Walmart properties. Ashleigh Koch with the DPD testified.
  • Kelli Anderson, 31, Lancaster: second-degree escape by failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey McCoy with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.
  • Jason Brown, 38, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Erica Girdler, 31, Shelbyville, Indiana: two counts abandonment of a minor under circumstances endangering their life or health; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Brandon Record with DPD testified.
  • Jacob Gordon, 27, Perryville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.
  • Adam Graham, 37, Lancaster: theft by deception between $500 and $10,000 by taking funds from victim for the purpose of replacing a roof but used the money for his personal use. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Taylor Bottom testified for the BCSO.
  • Brian Gribbins, 30, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Kellen Hamilton, 24, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Tanner Abbott testified for the BCSO.
  • Lisa Hankins, 52, Lexington: theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Koch testified.
  • Billy Hendrickson, 40, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.
  • Brittney Hicks, 19, Harrodsburg: third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third offense, gabapentin. Bail was set at $5,000 and Koch testified.
  • Ondie Hicks, 45, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Conley testified for the BCSO.
  • Amanda Hines, 34, Danville: identity theft. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Jewell with the DPD testified.
  • Tanner Holland, 22, Crab Orchard: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Bradley Kimberl, 22, Stanford: theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Klein testified for the DPD.
  • Steven Myers, 39, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Hobie Daughtery testified for DPD.
  • Kevin Ring, 32, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Charles Ritchie, 33, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Christian Spiller, 23, Junction City: second-degree escape by failing to return to the jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Cassandra Stevens, 35, Danville: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and Abbott testified.
  • Krystal Stevens, 31, Danville: flagrant non-support of her child, Bail was set at $5,000. Blaine Young with Food and Nutrition Service testified.
  • Lauren Wallace, 20, Kings Mountain: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.
  • David Walters, 29, Danville: second-degree burglary of a home; receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000; theft of a controlled substance valued less than $10,000 when he took a prescription. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.
  • Eli Wells, 30, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a change of plea hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.
