At 10:58 p.m., police were again called to a residence on Allene Drive due to a domestic situation that had occurred earlier. Police found that Cueto and his wife had a domestic dispute and Cueto had made several verbal threats before going outside and firing several shots into the air, according to the release.

Officers were told that Cueto had left the residence in a blue Ford pickup truck. While officers were still investigating the disturbance, Cueto came back to the residence and police detained him. A search of Cueto’s truck yielded an unloaded 9mm handgun wrapped in a plastic bag and concealed inside a tire in the bed of the truck. Three spent 9mm casings were found near where Cueto had allegedly fired the shots earlier in the evening.

At the time of his arrest, police determined that Cueto was also under the influence.

As of Monday afternoon, Cueto was being held in the Boyle County Detention Center on a $20,000 cash bond.
