  • Kenneth Edward Hatter, 42, Lancaster: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting of property valued less than $500, 60 days, probated one year, banned from Walmart, $119.82 restitution.
  • Joyce K. Wofford, 39, Junction City: public intoxication, $50; contempt of court, dismissed.
  • Garner Lee Colvin, 52, Junction City: receiving stolen property, firearm, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years, $270 restitution.
  • Ronald Cross, 36, Danville: driving on suspended license, 75 days; first-degree fleeing or evading police, amended to second degree, 365 days, credit for five days served, remaining time probated two years; reckless driving, $100; and no or expired plates and registration, two counts failure to use proper signal, no liability insurance, improperly on the left side of road and disregarding a stop sign, all dismissed.
  • William C. Eastridge, 32, Somerset: first-degree sexual abuse, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed; fourth-degree assault, 30 days.
  • Jeffrey Allen King, 36, Danville: tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, 180 days; possession of marijuana, 45 days; contempt of court, 179 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for six days served, remaining time probated one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
  • Cameron Miller, 21, Nicholasville: possession of marijuana, 45 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 96 days; public intoxication with controlled substance, 45 days; five counts contempt of court, 179 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for 47 days served, remaining time probated two years.
  • Michelle A. Preston, 34, Lancaster: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting of property valued between $500 and $10,000, amended to less than $500, 365 days, credit for 23 days served, remaining time probated two years, banned from Walmart, $378.84

  • Karen S. Salyers, 53, Johnson City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years; and possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
  • Ronald L. Smith Jr., 44, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 365 days, concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years.
  • Janet Wyatt, 37, Stanford: receiving stolen property valued less than $10,000, amended to unauthorized use of motor vehicle, dismissed; possession of drug paraphernalia, 60 days; contempt of court, 13 days, concurrently, credit for 13 days served, remaining time probated one year.
  • Hagen Black, 26, Danville: two counts first-degree fleeing or evading police, both amended to second-degree, 365 days each count; second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days; no motorcycle license, $25; reckless driving, $25; two counts contempt of court, 70 days each count; second-degree criminal trespassing, 30 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 30 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for 70 days served, remaining time probated two years.
