Joyce K. Wofford, 39, Junction City: public intoxication, $50; contempt of court, dismissed.
Garner Lee Colvin, 52, Junction City: receiving stolen property, firearm, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years, $270 restitution.
Ronald Cross, 36, Danville: driving on suspended license, 75 days; first-degree fleeing or evading police, amended to second degree, 365 days, credit for five days served, remaining time probated two years; reckless driving, $100; and no or expired plates and registration, two counts failure to use proper signal, no liability insurance, improperly on the left side of road and disregarding a stop sign, all dismissed.
William C. Eastridge, 32, Somerset: first-degree sexual abuse, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed; fourth-degree assault, 30 days.
