James H. Hall, 26, Lancaster: fourth-degree domestic assault, 180 days, credit for nine days served, remaining time probated two years; first-degree strangulation, amended to criminal attempt, dismissed.
Tyson Perrin, 23, Danville: facilitation first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, 270 days; shoplifting merchandise valued less than $500, 90 days, $259.96 restitution, banned from Walmart; four counts contempt of court, 165 days each count, all time to run concurrently, credit for 165 days served, remaining time probated two years.
