Francis “Frank” David Mattingly, 68, died Tuesday, May 5, 2020. Frank was born on April 28, 1952 in Springfield to the late John and Lela Rose Mattingly.

He is survived by two sons, John (Andria) Mattingly II, Frank (Brooke) Mattingly II; one daughter, Edith Rose Mattingly; nine grandchildren, John Andrew, Hadley and Mia Mattingly, Kaleigh and Jackson Bourne and Gabriel, Jason, Jayden and Xavier Clarkston; four brothers; Alex (Betty) Mattingly, Bernard (Barbara) Mattingly, Glenn (Paula) Mattingly, Martin (Laura) Mattingly; and one sister, Ardela (Bobby) Smith.
