  • Brooklyn Hawkins, 24, Danville: theft by unlawful taking less than $500, shoplifting diversion program, $126.19 restitution to Walmart.
  • Shaylee B. Belt, 19, Danville: fourth-degree assault, 104 days; contempt of court, 14 days, concurrently, to serve 14 days, remaining time probated one year.
  • Robert M. Montgomery, 36: public intoxication with a controlled substance, 90 days; three counts contempt of court, 10 days each count; first-degree criminal trespassing, 100 days, consecutively, probated one year; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500, 30 days, consecutively, $45.75 restitution to Walmart.
  • Cassarah Farson, 27, Nicholasville: third-degree attempted assault of an officer, 180 days; public intoxication with a controlled substance, 90 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days, all time concurrently, credit for 53 days served, remaining time probated one year.
  • Wade B. Turner, 33, Danville: DUI second offense, $350 fine, 21 days, license suspended 18 months; driving on DUI suspended license and endangering the welfare of a minor, both dismissed.

  • Clay R. Phillips, 34, Springfield: trafficking a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for 30 days served, remaining time probated one year; contempt of court, dismissed.
  • Chelsea Morgan Slone, 26, Harrodsburg: theft by unlawful taking of merchandise valued between $500 and $10,000, 365 days, probated two years, $1,000 restitution, banned from Walmart.
  • Alexis Wright, 22, Danville: promoting contraband, 30 days; possession of marijunana, 30 days; tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, 45 days, all time to run concurrently, to serve 14 days, remaining time probated two years.
  • Michael Jacob Rogers-Lamb, 30, Danville: second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot, 90 days; first-degree criminal trespassing, 90 days, consecutively, credit for 180 days served.

  • Danny Chase Peel, 22, Stanford: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 120 days; possession of marijuana, 35 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days receiving stolen property, firearm, amended to criminal attempt, 35 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years; and disregarding stop sign and instructional permit violation, both dismissed. Violation of emergency protective order; giving officer false identifying information; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; third-degree criminal trespassing; and two counts contempt of court, continued.
  • Tyson Perrin, 24, Danville: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting merchandise valued less than $500, 18 days; contempt of court, 18 days, concurrently, credit for 18 days served, $187 restitution. Seven counts theft by deception / cold checks, 180 days each count, concurrently, credit for 16 days served, remaining time probated one year. First-degree fleeing or evading police on foot; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance; and contempt of court, all amended to criminal attempt, 18 days each count, concurrently, credit for 18 days served.
  • William Allen Preston, 58, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, four days, license suspended 120 days; first-degree wanton endangerment, amended to second-degree, 45 days, consecutively; careless driving; failure to use child restraint seat; public intoxication and contempt of court, all dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to criminal attempt, consecutively.
