Evans, 25, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days; possession of marijuana, 45 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 365 days; endangering the welfare of a minor, 365 days, all time to run concurrently, to serve 10 days, remaining time probated two years; booster seat violation, dismissed.
  • Gwen Harper, 61, Lancaster: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, merchandise valued between $500 and $10,000, amended to less than $500, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years, $378 restitution and banned from Walmart.
  • Michael Scott Hughes, 44, Danville: possession of marijuana, 45 days; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to criminal attempt; possession of drug paraphernalia; three counts contempt of court, 175 days for all charges, to run concurrently.
  • Jesse Lee Windecker, 29, Somerset: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting merchandise valued between $500 and $10,000, amended to less than $500, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year, $638.50 restitution and banned from Walmart.
  • Gerald Lamont Ford, 50, Junction City: possession of marijuana, $200 fine; failure to use proper signal, dismissed.
  • Gomez Humberto Lopez, 39, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 60 days; no driver’s license, $50; leaving scene of accident and third-degree criminal mischief, dismissed.
  • Thomas Lee Meeks, 42, Danville: second-degree escape, amended to attempt, 365 days, to run concurrently with other sentences.
  • Tara Jane Moore, 35, Columbia: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting of merchandise valued less than $500, 60 days, probated one year, no restitution, banned from Walmart.
  • Bryan Anthony Douglas, 35, Indiana: fourth-degree assault,14 days.
  • Jonathan D. Morrow, 33, Lancaster: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; three counts contempt of court, 60 days each count, to run concurrently, to serve 60 days, remaining time probated two years.
  • Joe C. Ford, 51, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 120 days; driving on suspended license and no insurance card, both dismissed.
  • Blair Tobias Johnson, 22, Mt. Sterling: leaving scene of an accident, 90 days, probated one year.
  • David Paul Meece, 44, Ferguson: reckless driving and improperly on left side of road, dismissed; DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 120 days; possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, $25.
  • Eric S. Miller, 38, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, second offense, meth, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 365 days, concurrently with each other and with state time now serving.
