Boyle County indictments

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Oct. 15:
• Dana Carter, 46, Stanford: possession of drug paraphernalia (a pipe); driving without liability insurance; driving without a license; improper registration plate. Bail was set at 10% of $@,000. Keith Addison with the Danville Police Department testified.
• Blake Frederick, 25, Junction City: theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Paul Megilligan with the DPD testified.
• Tevan Kinley, 29, Springfield: possession of drug paraphernalia (straw). Bail was set at 10% of $2,000 and Addison testified.
• Hunter Stratton, 24, Parksville: possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia (scales). Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff Office testified.
• Brad Alcorn, 45, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia (syringe). Bail was set at 10% at $5,000 and Addison testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addsion testified.
• Adrian Beasley, 41, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
• Joshua Boblitt, 34, Danville: third-degree assault of an officer; fourth-degree assault; resisting arrest; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Cody Crawford with the DPD testified.
• Destiny Bonella, 23, Nicholasville: first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. David Lewis with the DPD testified.
• Courtney Bowen, 24, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Logan Hensley, 23, Danville: receiving stolen property (vehicle) valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Ben Ray with the DPD testified. Two counts third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Thompson’s Service Center; three counts theft by unlawful taking (vehicles) valued between $500 and $10,000; theft by unlawful taking (vehicle) valued between $500 and $10,000, AJ Mullins testified for the DPD. Two counts third degree burglary by unlawfully entering Hometown Kinds Danville daycare; theft by unlawful taking of property valued less than $500; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Mullins testified. Receiving stolen property (vehicle) valued between $10,000 and $1,000,000; receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000; two counts receiving stolen property valued less than $500; theft of a motor vehicle registration plate or decal. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Mullins testified.
• Bridgett Hopkins, 30, Crab Orchard: possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise from Shoe Sensation valued less than $500. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.
• Ezhaunaai Ighodaro, 23, Lexington: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree promoting contraband into the jail. Bail was set at $20,000. Braydon Hopper with the BCSO testified.
• Charles Jones, 36, Springfield: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe). Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Hannah Lawson, 23, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia (syringes). Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Harold Moore, 36, Junction City: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Justin Kearney with the Kentucky State Police testified.
• James Stamper, 57, Danville: first-degree strangulation; fourth-degree assault; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $10,000. Lewis with the DPD testified.
• Faith Taylor, 41, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; driving on a suspended license; driving with no liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.
• Chad Warren, 25, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe); second-degree fleeing or evading police. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.
• James Wilcher, 36, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Lewis testified.
• Jacob Williams, 31, Winchester: first-degree flagrant nonsupport. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Kensie Westerfield testified for the CSE.
• Danny Yocum, 30, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Lewis testified.
• David Young, 46, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia (scales); driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.
