Boyle County indictments
The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Nov. 19:
• Daniel Liponi, 34, Frankfort: second-degree wanton endangerment of an officer. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Chad Bartleson testified for the Danville Police Department.
• Bridgett Hopkins, 30, Crab Orchard: possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Keith Addison testified for DPD.
• Weylin Adams, 39, Danville: complicity, first degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Casey McCoy testified for the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office.
• Brad Alcorn, 45, Danville: two counts of third-degree assault upon two deputies; second-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed an officer’s order to stop as a pedestrian; third-degree criminal mischief by damaging a deputy’s property. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Braydon Hopper testified for BCSO.
• Christopher Austin, 45, Liberty: receiving stolen property, a vehicle, valued between $500 and $10,000; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; driving DUI suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Jessica Barnett, 33, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape by failing to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Michael Blakey, 40, Stanford: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scale. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Hopper testified.
• Courtney Bowen, 24, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Timothy Wren testified for BCSO.
• William Burgin, 33, Wilmore: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Tanner Abbott testified for BCSO.
• Alando Chappell, 39, Berea: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth, second offense. Bail was set at $20,000. Wren testified.
• Kelly Cole, 24, Junction City: 10 counts of him possessing matter depicting sexual performance by a minor. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Wilmer Gatson testified for Kentucky State Police.
• Jeremy Cosby, 26, Louisville: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl, second offense; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first-degree wanton endangerment when possessing a controlled substance with intent of trafficking it in presence of a minor; operating a vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at $20,000. Abbott testified.
• Ivory Coulter, 33, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.
• Dylan Cox, 24, Parksville: two counts of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court for two separate indictments. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 for each count. Wilson testified for the state.
• Anna Cummins, 46, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wilson testified for the state.
• Tiffany Dunn, 34, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance cocaine. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.
• Tera Edgington, 34, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth; first-degree promoting contraband when introducing dangerous contraband into jail. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Abbott testified.
• Ricky Elmore, 64, Hustonville: theft of cash in value between $500 and $10,000 from Marathon Food Mart. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Aaron Rainwater testified for DPD.
• Troy Feck, 37, Georgetown: flagrant nonsupport when he failed to provide for his minor child. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Margaret Cofer from Child Support Enforcement testified for the state.
• Barry Feese, Jr., 30, Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; driving DUI suspended license, third offense; operating vehicle under influence of alcohol or other substances, fourth or subsequent offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Nathan Brown testified for BCSO.

• Nicholas Gill, 28, Danville: operating a vehicle under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Conley testified for BCSO.
• Evan Goodlett, 28, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape when he failed to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wes Gaddis testified for the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office.
• Jacob Gordon, 28, Perryville: second-degree escape when he failed to return to jail as ordered by a judge. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. McCoy testified.
• Lequon Greer, 37, Lexington: first-degree aggravated trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth, second offense; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance cocaine, second offense; possession of a handgun as a convicted felon; receiving a stolen firearm; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. • Conda Hill, 33, Louisville: possession of handgun by a convicted felon; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed an officer’s order to stop his vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substances; operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances; driving a vehicle without liability insurance. • Miranda Robbins, 26, Lexington: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree promoting contraband when she possessed dangerous contraband while incarcerated. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Hopper testified.
• Teaira Rucker, 22, Louisville: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.
• Stephen Salyers, 32, Danville: possession of handgun by convicted felon; receiving stolen firearm. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Abbott testified.
• Tommy Shearer, 60, Junction City: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.
• Shane Sinkhorn, 43, Junction City: two counts of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court regarding two separate indictments. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 for one count and $5,000 for the other. Wilson testified.
• Robert Smart; 36; Muncie, Indiana: possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw; operating a vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at $10,000. Brandon Jewell testified for BCSO.
• Krystal Stevens, 32, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Wilson testified.
• Paul Stokley, 30, Lexington: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth; identity theft; first-degree promoting contraband when he introduced dangerous contraband into jail; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe; resisting arrest when threatening violence against an officer. • Alan Thomas, 41, Paducah: first-degree possession of controlled substance oxycodone; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales; driving a vehicle without an operator’s license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.
• Larry Thompson, 20, Kings Mountain: third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Murphy USA; theft of property with value between $500 and $10,000 from Murphy USA; second-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $500 worth of damage to property of Murphy USA. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering SDS Sewer and Drain Services; third-degree criminal mischief by causing damage to property of SDS Sewer and Drain Services; third-degree burglary by unlawfully entering Liberty Gas Station; theft of property between $500 and $10,000 worth of value from Liberty Gas Station; third-degree criminal mischief by causing damage to property of Liberty Gas Station.
