After consulting with the Boyle County Health Department, Boyle County Schools has decided to remain fully virtual next week.
There are several factors that went into this decision—the high county incidence rate, the increasing number of District cases and quarantines, and the management of the District in regard to staffing, substitutes, etc.
There is no school on Monday, Jan. 18 in observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. All students will continue to learn virtually Tuesday – Friday, Jan. 19-22. The District will send another update on Thursday, Jan. 21 about the learning mode for the following Monday.
The District hopes to get students into the buildings on Monday, Jan. 25, as long as it can be done safely. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s principal.
