At the Bowling Campus located at 1101 Veterans Drive in Lexington, there will be a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinic for veterans age 50 or older Jan. 16-18. No appointment is necessary.

The vaccine requires a second dose three weeks after the first dose, so veterans utilizing the walk-in service this weekend must return Feb. 6, 7, or 8.

Clinic dates and times:

• Saturday, Jan 16, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

• Sunday, Jan. 17, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

• Monday, Jan. 18, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The following information was posted to the Boyle County Health Department’s Facebook page. The BCHD announced in the post it will let people aware of additional clinics or changes in vaccines available for the next level of Tier 1.
