• Shaun M. Boyd, 34: two counts fourth-degree domestic assault, first count amended to non-domestic violence, 90 days, second count, 30 days, consecutively, credit for three days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim; second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days, concurrently.

• Jeffrey Glasscock, 48, Danville: possession of marijuana, $200; license to be in possession, $50; failure to use proper signal and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• Tyler Ward Chumley: theft by unlawful taking property valued between $500 and $10,000, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for 30 days served, remaining time probated one year.

• Byron E. Leathers, 22, Danville: fourth-degree domestic assault, 365 days, to serve 120 days, remaining time probated two years, no contact with victim and remain off property, to run concurrently with another case.

• Kinney Richard Baker Jr., 53, Danville: four counts theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting items valued less than $500, 60 days for three counts and 30 days for one count, all time to run concurrently, probated one year, $19.95 restitution, banned from Walmart.

• Matthew Detillion, 39, Stanford: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, items valued less than $500, 30 days; 12 counts violation of protective order, one count, 180 days, to serve 30 days, remaining time probated two years, and 11 counts dismissed; contempt of court, dismissed.

• Juan Hernandez Pastor, 21, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended 12 months; an no driver’s license and possession of open alcohol container in vehicle, dismissed.

• Devin Adams, 29, Danville: fourth-degree domestic assault, 30 days; third-degree assault of an officer, amended to attempt, 365 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days; resisting arrest, 30 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years, no contact with victim.

• Nicholas W. Butt, 40, Crab Orchard: second-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree, 180 days, credit for 15 days served, remaining time probated two years.

• Marlaina M. Jamison, 42, Hardinsburg: public intoxication with a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years.

• Dawnetta L. Jones, 49, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for four days served, remaining time probated two years; contempt of court, dismissed.

• Mark Lane Mattingly, 31, Danville: possession of marijuana, 30 days; public intoxication with a controlled substance, 30 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days; third-degree terroristic threatening, 180 days; resisting arrest, 180 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for 15 days served, remaining time probated two years; no or expired registration plates and no or expired Kentucky registration receipt, dismissed.

• Brian C. Montgomery, 32, Junction City: four counts indecent exposure, first count, 60 days, remaining counts dismissed; harassing communications, dismissed.

• Aron Gene Stevens, 31, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months, six days home incarceration; possession of open alcohol container in vehicle and contempt of court, dismissed.

• Justin Lee Wilbur, 38, Danville: fourth-degree domestic assault, 365 fays, credit for six days served, remaining time probated two years; contempt of court, dismissed.
