Boyle County indictments, Part One

The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on April 22:

• James Pevley, 38, Danville: possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe; operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Tanner Abbott testified for the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office.

• Dakota Noe, 23, Danville: Two cases containing four counts of second-degree wanton endangerment when he pointed a firearm in the direction of two different women; two counts of second-degree wanton endangerment when he pointed a firearm in the direction of a minor child; two counts of violation of an emergency protective order. Bail was set at 10% of $4,000 for each case. Josh Faulkner testified for the Danville Police Department.

• Jaime Fleming, 41, Danville: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Abbott testified.

• William Derousse, 30, Danville: possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $2,000. Keith Addison testified for DPD. First-degree promoting contraband when he introduced dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Weylin Adams, 40, Danville: first-degree bail jumping for failing to appear for a bond revocation hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the state.

• Nikki Arnold, 26, Somerset: first-degree possession of controlled substances heroin and fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, a spoon. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Casey McCoy testified for BCSO.

• John Asbury, 49, Danville: first-degree strangulation of a woman with his hands; fourth-degree assault upon the same woman by causing her physical injury. Bail was set at $10,000. No contact with victim. McCoy testified.

• Jonathon Asbury, 24, Danville: first-degree strangulation of a woman with his hands; fourth-degree assault upon the same woman by causing her physical injury; third-degree terroristic threatening when he threatened to kill the same woman. Bail was set at $10,000. No contact with victim. McCoy testified.

• Christopher Austin, 45, Liberty: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $10,000. Wilson testified for the state.

• Roger Baker, 26, Eubank: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Jacob Ruhe testified for BCSO.

• Robert Beal, 32, Danville: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Jordan Belt, 31, Lawrenceburg: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a straw; operating a motor vehicle with expired or no Kentucky Registration plates. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Ruhe testified.

• Kimberly Black, 44, Louisville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Courtney Bowen, 25, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified. In another indictment: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Addison testified.

• James Boyd, 52, Danville: first-degree strangulation of a woman with his hands; fourth-degree assault upon the same woman by causing her physical injury, third or subsequent offense. Bail was set at $10,000. No contact with victim. Brandon Jewell testified for BCSO.

• Jessica Burton, 34, Stanford: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Jewell testified.

• Rickey Byrd, 35, Frankfort: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringes; operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Alec Camden, 28, Danville: two cases of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court regarding two separate indictments. Bail was set at $10,000 for each case. Wilson testified for the state.

• Juan Campos, 47, Danville: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance cocaine be possessing with intent to traffic in four or more grams. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Abbott testified.

• Alando Chappell, 40, Berea: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court. Bail was set at $10,000. Wilson testified for the state.

• Xavier Commodore, 20, Lexington: first degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop his vehicle, creating substantial risk of physical injury to another person; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; second-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop as a pedestrian in attempt to flee from police. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. McCoy testified.

• Amy Cook, 34, Danville: three cases of first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing in the Boyle Circuit Court regarding three separate indictments. Bail was set at $10,000 for each case. Wilson testified for the state.

• Jason Cook, 37, Frankfort: first-degree assault upon a man by cutting him with a knife. Bail was set at $20,000. No contact with victim. Kyle Lyons testified with DPD.

• Justin Cooper, 41, Danville: first-degree trafficking in controlled substance meth by possessing with intent to traffic in two or more grams; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance heroin; first-degree possession of controlled substance lysergic acid diethylamide. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Abbott testified.

• Christopher Cornett, 37, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Deonte Coulter, 25, Stanford: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth, second offense, by possessing with intent to traffic two or more grams; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance heroin, second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Abbott testified.

• Chad Curtsinger, 44, Danville: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth, Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Faulkner testified. Another case of first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Aaron Sparks testified for DPD. Another case of first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance hydrocodone; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. • Linda Curtsinger, 21, Greensburg: third-degree trafficking of controlled substance alprazolam. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Sparks testified.

• Justin Dean, 35, Stanford: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Jeffrey Dillingham, 50, Eubank: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Nicholas Duncan, 33, Junction City: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl, second offense; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth, second offense, by possessing with intent to traffic two or more grams. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. McCoy testified. First-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl, second offense; first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth, second offense, by possessing with intent to traffic two or more grams; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000. Abbott testified.

• Carlos Dunn, 51, Harrodsburg: first-degree sexual abuse by engaging in sexual contact with a female person through forcible compulsion. Bail was set at $5,000. Parker Hatter testified for the Perryville Police Department.

• Jeremy Eley; 35; Detroit, Michigan: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance fentanyl; first-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop his vehicle in an attempt to flee and by doing so risking physical injury to another person; first-degree wanton endangerment when he wantonly operated a motor vehicle in a way that created a substantial danger of death or serious injury to a man; tampering with physical evidence by removing it with intent to impair its availability. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Abbott testified.

• Barry Feese, Jr., 30, Junction City: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth, second offense, by possessing with intent to traffic two or more grams. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified. First-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Nathan Brown testified for BCSO.

• Ryan Foley, 30, Lancaster: first-degree strangulation of a woman with his hands; fourth-degree assault, third or subsequent offense, by causing physical injury to the same woman. Bail was set at $10,000. No contact with victim. Chase Broach testified for DPD.

• John Fraley, 37, Perryville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or other substances, second offense; second-degree possession of controlled substance buprenorphine; possession of drug paraphernalia, a syringe. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Hatter testified.

• Myma Gilpin, 42, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipes. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Desmond Goode, 32, Stanford: first-degree burglary when he unlawfully entered a home and threatened the use of a dangerous instrument on the resident; third-degree criminal mischief when he caused damage to the property of the same resident. Bail was set at $20,000. Dakota Rakes testified for DPD.

• Brittany Haight, 31, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Addison testified.

• Bryon Haliburton, 39, Lawrenceburg: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; two counts of receiving stolen property, a firearm; giving false identifying information to an officer; operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended; driving a motor vehicle without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Addison testified.

• Brian Harvey, 34, Campbellsville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; first-degree promoting contraband when he introduced dangerous contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; first-degree possession of controlled substance meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Lisa Dollins testified for DPD.

• Katlynn Herring, 21, Stanford: first-degree possession of controlled substance meth; first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Abbott testified.

• Gary Holland, 58, Crab Orchard: first-degree trafficking of controlled substance meth by possessing with intent to traffic two or more grams; operating a motor vehicle while license was revoked or suspended. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. McCoy testified.

• Aquanis Howard; 21; Macon, Georgia: first-degree possession of controlled substance fentanyl; second-degree fleeing or evading when he disobeyed a police officer’s order to stop as a pedestrian in an attempt to flee from police. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. McCoy testified.
