In Boyle County district court the following people were indicted by a grand jury on April 22:

• Zachary Ingram, 26, Danville: receiving a stolen vehicle valued at $10,000 or more; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; driving under the influence of intoxicants. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Brandon Record with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Aaron Jackson, 25, Danville: first-degree strangulation; fourth-degree assault; third-degree terroristic threatening. Bail was set at $10,000. No contact with victim. Jacob Ruhe with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• William Jackson, 49, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, cocaine. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Braydon Hopper with the BCSO testified.

• Eric Jarboe, 53, Lancaster: first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; third-degree assault of an officer; DUI third offense; driving on DUI suspended license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Larry Nunes with the Perryville Police Department testified.

• Julie Johnson, 44, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Daniel Grigsby with the DPD testified.

• Max Joseph, 43, Crab Orchard: five counts first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth, second or more offense; resisting arrest; second-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 for each case and Keith Addison with the DPD testified for all cases.

• Charles Julian, 40, Danville: fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Dakota Rakes with the DPD testified.

• Justin Kidd, 34, Lancaster: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, second or more offense. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Tanner Abbott with the BCSO testified. Two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second or more offense, meth; first-degree wanton endangerment of a child; trafficking in synthetic drugs; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Hopper testified.

• Tonya Lanham, 47, Gravel Switch: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.

• Dana Maloy, 44, Lexington: first-degree criminal mischief by causing more than $1,000 in damages to property belonging to Hampton Inn Danville. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Demetree Masterson, 30,  Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified. First-degree wanton endangerment of a child; trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; trafficking in synthetic drugs. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Hopper testified.

• Herbert McGowan, 42, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; violation of protective order. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• Dakota Means, 30, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.

• Donald Means, 54, Louisville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified.

• Brian Melton, 34, Danville: first-degree strangulation; fourth-degree assault; second-degree wanton endangerment of a child. Bail was set at $10,000. No contact with victim.  Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.

• Nichole Mullins, 39, Danville: possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; theft by unlawful taking of a firearm. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Ben Ray with the DPD testified.

• Deodric Nealy, 27, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; driving on revoked license. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Addison testified.

• Kelly Nickle, 27, Danville: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

•  Derek Olson, 35, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree promoting contraband into the Boyle County Detention Center; driving on DUI suspended license third offense. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified. First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• James Patton, 43, Lexington: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense, cocaine; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Record testified.

• Danny Peel, 23, Stanford: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; violation of protective order. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Nathan Brown with the BCSO testified.

• James Pevley, 38, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Addison testified.

• Vince Peyton, 55, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; driving without a license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Hopper testified.

• Corey Skaggs, 34, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Christopher Smith, 36, Nicholasville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Kevin Smith, 42, Stanford: first-degree bail jumping for failing to appear for an arraignment in circuit court. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Christian Spiller, 25, Junction City: two counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 for each count and Wilson testified.

• Jared Stevens, 32, Perryville: two counts fourth-degree assault, third or more offense. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Ruhe testified.

• Jason Stowers, 42, Lawrenceburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe; giving officer false identifying information; driving on revoked license; driving without liability insurance. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Hunter Stratton, 25, Parksville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, second offense. Bail was set at 10% of $20,000 and Abbott testified.

• Jima Thomas, 40, Junction City: two counts first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth and fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• William Welch, 39, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbott testified. First-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, a pipe; resisting arrest. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Hopper testified.

• Alvis White, 40, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; driving on revoked license. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Chase Broach with the DPD testified.

• Randy Williams, 33, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• Michael Woods, 37, Danville: second-degree burglary; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle. Bail was set at 10% of $10,000. Junction City Police Chief Russell Preston testified.

• Keegan Wright, 19, Danville: first-degree assault by shooting a victim with a firearm; first-degree Brianna Williams. Bail was set at $20,000. Lisa Dollins with the DPD testified.

• David Young, 47, Danville: four counts first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a status hearing on four charges. Bail was set at $10,000 each count and Wilson testified.

• Jeremiah Young, 32, Varney: first-degree promoting contraband into the BCDC; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; second-degree fleeing or evading police on foot. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000. Brandon Record with the DPD testified.

• Thaddeus Yulee, 55, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl; possession of drug paraphernalia, a scale. Bail was set at 10% of $5,000 and Abbot testified.
