• Rosemary Coffman, Burgin: theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, 30 days, restitution hearing continued.

• Timothy Ray Colwell: DUI, amended to careless driving, $100; possession of marijuana, $200; and reckless driving, improperly on left side of road, two counts endangering the welfare of a minor and possession of drug paraphernalia, all dismissed.

• Devin Ray Dykes: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six month; and careless driving and possession of marijuana, both dismissed.

• Daniel S. Martin: DUI, $200 fine, four days, license suspended six months; second-degree wanton endangerment, 60 days, consecutively, probated one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• William A. Preston: DUI, $350 fine, 14 days; license suspended 18 months; and careless driving, no insurance card, no or expired Kentucky registration plates and contempt of court, all dismissed.

• James Allen Wayne: third-degree terroristic threatening, 14 days, consecutively with another sentence.

• Robert Bailey: violation of protective order, 120 days, to run concurrently with Anderson County time now serving.

• Tyler Daniel Raymond Holt: speeding 26 mph over limit, dismissed; DUI, $200 fine, license suspended.

• Charles L. Julian: two counts public intoxication, $25 each charge; second-degree criminal mischief, 180 days; second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days; third-degree terroristic threatening, 180 days; ;menacing, 90 days, all time to run concurrently, credit for six days served, remaining time to run consecutively with any other sentences.

• Crystal M. Snyder: fourth-degree domestic assault, 60 days, credit for three days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.

• Carlos Thomas: violation of protective order, 60 days; fourth-degree domestic assault, 60 days, concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated one year, no contact with victim.

• Chad Allen Adams: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for 19 days served, remaining time to run concurrently with state time now serving; and no or expired registration receipt, no or expired registration plates; obstructed vision; possession of drug paraphernalia and contempt of court, all dismissed.

• Fred Richard Boynton: public intoxication, $25.

• Heidi S. Young: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin, amended to attempt, 365 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, 365 days, concurrently, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years; and failure to use proper signal and contempt of court, dismissed.

• Christopher Brothers, 48, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, amended to possession, one year, consecutively; possession of drug paraphernalia, 12 months, concurrently; 10 counts contempt of court, merged; tampering with physical evidence, two years; two counts first-degree bail jumping, one year each count, concurrently; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, one year, consecutively.

• Britany Armstrong, 39, Danville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, amended to second degree, drug unspecified, six months, suspended six months, two years probation; possession of drug paraphernalia, six months, concurrently.

• John Graves: first-degree fleeing or evading police, one year; second-degree fleeing or evading police, 12 months, concurrently; unauthorized used of a motor vehicle, 12 months, concurrently.

• Michael Rogers-Lamb, 31, Lancaster: order revoking probation.

• Dana Carter, 47, Waynesburg : identity theft, one year, consecutively; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, one year, concurrently; driving on suspended license, 90 days, concurrently; contempt of court, merged; third-degree burglary, amended to first-degree criminal trespassing, 12 months, concurrently; theft by unlawful taking/shoplifting, 12 months, restitution; first-degree bail jumping, one year six months, consecutively.
