• Michael Thomas Kuchenbrod, 25, Danville: DUI second offense, $350 fine, license suspended 18 months; to serve 14 days.

• Chad J. seals, 44, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months; violation or protective order, 30 days, probated one year; possession of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.

• Antonio Tavela Richardson Jones: trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin, amended to attempt, 365 days, credit for four days served, remaining time probated one year; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, dismissed.

• Shirley A. Lewis, 44, Danville: DUI, $200 fine, license suspended six months; second-degree criminal mischief, dismissed.

• Jonathon R.
