• Georgeanne N. Naylor, 56: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated two years; and controlled substance prescription not in original container, failure to use proper signal and possession of drug paraphernalia, all dismissed.

• Geneva A. Bryant, 37, Danville: fraudulent use of credit card less than $500 within six months, 120 days; third-degree unlawful use of a computer, 120 days, concurrently, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year, restitution hearing continued.

• Jaime N. Fleming, 41, Danville: first-degree facilitation trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, 180 days, to serve 30 days, remaining time probated one year.

• Christopher L. Phillips, 40, Danville: possession of marijuana, 30 days, probated one year; and rear license not illuminated and contempt of court, dismissed.

• Marshall Lewis, 29, Salvisa: order voiding pretrial diversion; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; and first-degree wanton endangerment, five years each count, concurrently, suspended five years, five years probation.
