Edna Ross Tymensky, 93, passed away Friday, Aug. 20, 2021. She was born Aug. 11, 1928, in Winfield, Tennessee, one of five children of the late William Ransom and Bessie Creekmore Ross. She was preceded in death by her four siblings.
Edna enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She was quite the traveler at one time having been to Hawaii and to Europe.
She is survived by four daughters, Sherry (Ken) Bourne, Debra (Alton) Bottoms, Susan (Kerry) Padgett, Dawn (Byron) Hasty, two sons, Brent (Susan) Tymensky, Scott (Carrie) Tymensky, 16 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be 2:30 p.m., Wednesday, August 25, 2021, at Danville Memorial Gardens with Mike Crowe officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. (noon) until 2 p.m. at Walden Funeral Home Perryville.
Serving at pallbearers will be Edna’s grandsons.
