The Lincoln County Patriots knocked off 8th Region champion North Oldham 56-46 Friday afternoon to advance to the KHSAA Sweet 16 semifinals.
Their opponent will be 10th Region champ George Rogers Clark. GRC defeated Pikeville 43-38 Friday afternoon. The game tips off at 11 a.m. Saturday morning at Rupp Arena in Lexington. A win in that game will send them to the state championship Saturday night with a 7 p.m. tipoff.
