Mary Evelon “Evie” Wilson Anderson, 81, passed away Sunday March 27, 2022. She was born in Gravel Switch, Kentucky on September 11, 1940 a daughter of the late, Lou Earn Wilson and Ruby May and Ronald Sandusky and was the widow of Elvin C. Anderson.
Evie was a graduate of Perryville High School and was a homemaker. She was a 55-year member of Doctor’s Fork Baptist Church and enjoyed sewing and making crafts.
Survivors are two sons, Greg (Kelly) Anderson and Mike Anderson, two grandchildren, Logan Anderson and Molly Cooper, and two sisters, Sherry Webb and Norma Lynn Sandusky.
The funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Doctors Fork Baptist Church with Pastor John David Lane Officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery. Visitation will start at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, also at the church.
Pallbearers will be Molly Cooper, Logan Anderson, Robbie Dale Shepperson, Bryan Shepperson, Laura Webb and Kenny Wise.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to Doctors Fork Baptist Church.
Services are under the direction of Walden Funeral Home.
