Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 16, the City of Danville Water Distribution  Department will be making repairs to a fire hydrant located at the intersection of S Second Street and East Martin Luther King Blvd. While repairs are underway, water service will be interrupted for customers on S Second Street located between Main Street and Jacob Street. Once service is  restored, those customers who experienced an interruption in service will be under a Boil Water  Advisory until further notice.
