Kerry Lee Engle, 70, passed away Monday October 17, 2022. He was born December 21, 1951 in Danville, Kentucky to Shirley Roller Engle and the late Warren Leen Engle.

Kerry loved his children and grandchildren and spending time with his family. He enjoyed construction work and enjoyed reminiscing about Engle Properties, his heavy equipment company. He was very thankful for the opportunity he had to travel all over the world, and was always ready to share his travel and caribou hunting stories with others. Kerry, also known as Kurdy by his loved ones, was a John Wayne and Western movie fan, liked walks to the library, and reading. He always had a kind gentle heart, a warm smile, and big hug for the people he loved.

Survivors include Kerry’s two children, Matthew and his wife Sonya Engle, Nicole and her husband Curtis Kelly, siblings, Kayvonne Engle, Kandice Engle-Gray (Michael), Warren Lee Engle II (Lorri), eight grandchildren and his partner, Kathie Phillips.

In addition to his parents, Kerry was preceded in death by a brother Jeffrey Dana Engle.
