• James Lee Hellard: shoplifting between $500 and $1,000, 120 days, credit for 120 days served, restitution $714.49 within 6 months of date released.

• Dominico A. Thomas: DUI, $200 fine.

• Kacey Breann Lanham: first-degree possession of controlled substance (heroin), amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 365 days, 2 years probation; buy / possess drug paraphernalia, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 2 years probation, time to run concurrently.

• Patrick Harris: fourth-degree assault dating violence (minor injury), 120 days, conditionally discharged 112 days, no violent contact with victim, substance abuse evaluation, credit for 8 days served, 2 years probation; second-degree burglary, amended to attempt, dismissed.

• Nancy Thomas: violation of Kentucky emergency protective order / domestic violence order, $163 court costs.

• Stacy Adams: receiving stolen property, 60 days, suspended 60 days, 1 year probation, no contact with Larry Oliver, restitution $40.

• Marion Arkell Reardon: 2 violations of local county ordinance, $153 and $143 in court costs.

• Hargus W. Gabbard: violation of Kentucky emergency protective order / domestic violence order, 30 days.

• Kelsey Michelle Abell: violation of Kentucky emergency protective order / domestic violence order, 90 days, suspended 90 days, 1 year probation.

• Timothy Johnson: DUI, 4 days, credit for 4 days served, $200 fine; speeding more than 26 mph over limit, $20 fine.

• Travis M. Witt: reckless driving, $100 fine.

• Mark Gray: trafficking in controlled substance second offense (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), amended to first offense (drug unspecified schedule 1 and 2), 3 years 6 months.

• William Welch: first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth), 1 year; buy / possess drug paraphernalia, 12 months, consecutive to other Boyle and Garrard County cases.
