• John A. Al-Mujahid: theft by unlawful taking or disposition automobile (between $1,000 and $10,000), amended to unauthorized use of motor vehicle, 365 days, suspended 351 days, credit for 2 days served, 2 years probation; no insurance, $100 fine.

• Thomas R. Byrd: third-degree criminal trespassing, $100 fine.

• Barbara J. Cheatham: public intoxication controlled substance, 30 days, credit for 2 days served; possession of synthetic drugs, 30 days, credit for 2 days served.

• Daniel Raymond Stratton: DUI, $200 fine; second-degree criminal mischief, 365 days, suspended 365 days, 2 years probation.

• Cameron Dale Powell: possession of marijuana, 60 days; fourth-degree assault minor injury, 120 days, suspended 60 days, 1 year probation, no contact with Bricks and Brews.

• Stanley Johnson: DUI, amended to reckless driving, $200 fine.

• Holly Renay Greer: DUI of substance first offense, amended to second offense, 7 days, credit for 7 days served, $350 fine.
