This will be the eleventh such event over the past fourteen years. The event is free and open to the public. The Extension Office pavilion and projects building provide gracious space for exhibits and activities and plentiful, convenient parking. Previous Festivals have been at Michael Smith Park, Millennium Park, Bluegrass Community and Technical College, and the Boyle County Fairgrounds.

Live music will be provided by Kirsten Carey and by Shane White. Food and concessions will be available on-site from T-Wayne and Smokey’s BBQ.

With Clarks Run Environmental and Education Corporation as the lead organizer and with collaboration with Bluegrass Greensource and the Boyle County Extension Office and support from Boyle County Solid Waste and Recycling has allowed a wider reach for this year’s event.
