All plants being sold were grown by the Boyle County High School students participating in this year’s greenhouse class. A total of 25 students participated in this year’s greenhouse program.

“The students are so proud of the plants they grew,” said agriculture teacher Ashlin Kendrick. “It takes a little while for them to get excited. When they start to see it come together after all the hard work they put in throughout the year they really get excited. They have a lot of pride and are so excited to share what they have been growing. They are very high quality plants. We get them from some of the top producers, we grow our herbs and vegetables with top quality seeds.”

Proceeds will support the FAA by helping fund scholarships, events, activities and the greenhouse operation.

The Boyle County High School greenhouse is located behind the high school.
