• Jordan Seantez Fogle: violation of Kentucky emergency protective order / domestic violence order; fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, 365 days, suspended 305 days, credit for 20 days served, 2 years probation on both above charges; menacing; resisting arrest, 30 days, consecutive to above time.

• Jamison Woods Ball: first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth), amended to attempt; 365 days, suspended 364 days, credit for 1 day served, 2 years probation; buy/possess drug paraphernalia, 12 months, suspended 12 months, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 2 years probation, concurrent.

• Tiffany Conway: fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, 30 days, suspended 28 days, 3 years total probation, no violent contact with victim.

• Porscha Kay Russell: trafficking in controlled substance (carfentanil or fentanyl derivatives), amended to attempt; first-degree promoting contraband, amended to attempt; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 355 days, credit for 10 days served, 2 years probation on all above charges, concurrent.

• Lorraine Gayle Pritchett: first-degree possession of controlled substance (meth), amended to attempt; 365 days; operating on suspended / revoked license, 30 days.

• Zane Matthew Hall: DUI, second offense aggravated circumstances, 14 days, credit for 1 day served, $350 fine; failure to notify address change to Dept. of Transportation, $100 fine.

• William T. Upton: alcohol intoxication in public place first and second offense ; criminal littering, amended to local county ordinance, $200 fine.

• Justin Kyle Riester: DUI, third offense, 30 days, credit for 2 days served, $500 fine.

• Eldon L. Washington: careless driving, $100 fine.

• Billy R. Hood, Jr.: DUI, $200 fine.
