• Harold D. McConhaha: fourth-degree assault minor injury, amended to domestic violence minor injury, 90 days, suspended 59 days, credit for 31 days served, 1 year probation, no contact with victim, anger management assessment and follow recommendations.

• Jason Fugett: shoplifting between $500 and $1,000, 120 days, suspended 90 days, credit for 29 days served, 1 year probation, no contact with Lowes property, restitution $1,844.98 plus fee.

• Chase Boyd: second-degree cruelty to animals, 45 days, credit for 1 day served, concurrent with another Boyle County case.

• Amanda Elaine Pendygraft: DUI aggravated circumstances, 4 days, credit for 1 day served, $200 fine.

• Angela Hardy-Coyle: violation of Kentucky emergency protective order / domestic violence order, 30 days, suspended 29 days, credit for 1 day served, 1 year probation, consecutive to another Boyle County case, comply with EPO/DVO’s.

• Melisa J. Livori: fourth-degree assault domestic violence minor injury, 60 days, suspended 56 days, credit for 4 days served, 1 year probation, mental health / substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations, follow EPO/DVO’s.

• Brandon W. Dowell: shoplifting between $500 and $1,000, 90 days, credit for 36 days served.

• Anthony Wayne Spradlin: controlled substance prescription not in original container, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 2 years probation; first-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 365 days, 2 years probation.

• Benjamin L. Caudill: DUI, amended to reckless driving, $200 fine.

• William Jacob Stephens: possession of marijuana, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 2 years probation; no insurance, $100 fine, 1 year insurance monitoring; tampering with physical evidence, amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 363 days, credit for 2 days served; 2 years probation.
