• Ferlando M. Denny: second-degree assault, amended to fourth-degree assault minor injury, 365 days, suspended 323 days, credit for 42 days served, 2 years probation.
• Harold Torres: violation of Kentucky emergency protective oder / domestic violence order, 60 days, suspended 58 days, credit for 2 days served, 1 year probation; second-degree attempted burglary, same sentencing as previous charge.
• Starlee Jaden Crews: second-degree possession of controlled substance – hallucinogen, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation.
• Jeremy Ryan Dolan: second-degree assault domestic violence, amended to fourth-degree assault minor injury, 180 days, suspended 170 days, credit for 10 days served, restitution paid directly to victim.
• Joseph C. Starling Jr: 2 counts of local county ordinance, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation; dogs to be vaccinated against rabies, $25 fine, complete online animal class, no animals for 2 years.
• Jeremiah John Fraser: resisting arrest, 60 days, suspended 46 days, 1 year probation; menacing, same sentencing as previous charge.
• John T. Gadberry: theft by deception include cold checks, amended to first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, amended to attempted first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, 365 days, suspended 361 days, 2 years probation, restitution $100 plus fees.
• Samantha Gadberry: facilitation in theft by deception include cold checks, amended to complicity in first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, amended to attempted first-degree criminal possession of forged instrument, 365 days, suspended 365 days, 2 years probation, restitution $100.
• Sarah Grace Taylor: shoplifting, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation, no contact with Walmart; third-degree possession of controlled substance (drug unspecified), 60 days, suspended 57 days, credit for 3 days served, 1 year probation; public intoxication of controlled substance, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation, all time to run concurrently.
• Austin Michael Lopez: DUI, $200 fine.
• George Prentis Merrick VI: second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation, no contact with victim.
• Lucas M. Claunch: alcohol intoxication in public place first and second offense, $25 fine; second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days, suspended 29 days, credit for 1 day served, 1 year probation, complete substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations.
CIVIL JUDGMENTS
Civil judgments handed down in Boyle Circuit Court include:

• Jordan Keith Hall: failure to comply with sex offender registration, amended to attempt, 365 days, suspended 363 days, credit for 2 days served, 2 years probation.
