DANVILLE-BOYLE COUNTY HUMANE SOCIETY

This week’s featured pet is Bear, an energetic young dog who looks like he might have some great pyrenees or black lab in him, with beautiful black fur and front leg socks that are spotted white. We don’t know a lot about where Bear used to live, but he is a very cheerful guy who would love to meet you and make your place his home!

Bear is a happy go lucky gentleman who will shower you with affection and kisses. He will be the happiest guy wagging his tail when he sees you coming.

Bear is so happy that he might jump up to your shoulders and give you a kiss that way. He knows how to Sit, but has not yet learned all of his doggy manners, so he will have a few lessons to look forward to. Bear is very food motivated but also loves to get pets and praise.

Are you an energetic person? Bear would love to meet you! His ideal forever home would have a person who takes him out on long walks, jogs or runs, possibly a dog sibling to play with, and a fenced yard to keep him safe.

Stats:

• 80 pounds

• 2 years old (youthful, possibly fully grown)
