On Dec. 16, Magnolia Manor in is hosting a Christmas Extravaganza that is free and open to the public from 3 to 7 p.m. The wedding venue will be transformed into a winter wonderland for the enjoyment of residents of Perryville and Boyle County.

“Christmas has always been our favorite holiday, and we are excited to be able to share this celebration with our community,” said co-founder of Magnolia Manor Kamearah Chambers.

Kids activities include story time and pictures with Santa, ornament making, a reindeer food station and a train ride. Entertainment will feature live music, games and Christmas movies.

“We believe every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas. That’s why this whole event is free,” said co-founder of Magnolia Manor Stacy Miller. “We will have a donation box for the local food pantry to give back.”

Refreshments will include a hot cocoa bar and a variety of food trucks.

Magnolia Manor is located at 521 S. Buell St. in Perryville.
