• Aubree Sidell Sparks: DUI, amended to DUI aggravated circumstances, $200 fine; no / expired registration plates, $25 fine; no insurance second or more offense, $100 fine, must maintain insurance 1 year monitoring.

• Kathy Allen: fourth-degree assault domestic violence no visible injury, 30 days, suspended 28 days, credit for 2 days served, 1 year probation.

• Zachary Reynolds: second-degree disorderly conduct, 90 days, suspended 83 days, credit for 7 days served, 1 year probation, substance abuse evaluation, no contact with McDonalds; public intoxication of controlled substance, same sentencing as previous charge; attempted theft by unlawful taking, same as previous charge.

• Nicholas Hillard: second-degree trafficking in controlled substance (hallucinogen), amended to second-degree possession of controlled substance (hallucinogen), 180 days, suspended 178 days, credit for 2 days served, 1 year probation, substance abuse evaluation and follow recommendations; operating vehicle with expired license, $50 fine.

• Angela Timmons: third-degree unlawful transaction with minor, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation, no further absences for minor children.

• William Christopher Lay: driving on DUI suspended license second offense in 5 years, amended to operating on suspended license, $100 fine; second-degree fleeing or evading police in motor vehicle, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation; operating on suspended license, $100 fine; reckless driving, $100 fine.

• Beverly Hymel: shoplifting, 30 days; buy / possess drug paraphernalia, 30 days.

• Patricia Marie Harrison: second-degree disorderly conduct, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation; alcohol intoxication in public place first and second offense, $25 fine.

• Jennifer Meyer: third-degree assault on police / probation officer, amended to fourth-degree assault minor injury, $193 court costs, obtain mental health evaluation and follow recommendations.

• Robert Allen Kidd: driving on DUI suspended license, 30 days, suspended 30 days, 1 year probation; operating vehicle without ignition interlock device, same as previous.

• Jared O. Cocanougher: speeding 26 mph over limit, amended to 25 mph, $48 fine.
