Candace Arnold (left), executive assistant at the Danville-Boyle County Tourism office, presents Michaelle Perros, executive director of the Great American Brass Band Festival, with a check for $5,000 to help market and advertise this year’s festival, which takes place May 30-June 1.  The funds were approved by the Danville-Boyle County Tourism board of directors at their January meeting.
