The Danville Police Department has made multiple arrests in March. Below is a list of recent activity.

• 03-01-2024, 2:15 p.m. – Danville Police conducted a traffic stop of a Nissan Altima on Citation Drive.  During the investigation, officers determined the operator, Cindy Goodlett, 52, was under the influence.  Goodlett was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of marijuana.
• 03-02-2024, 10:30 a.m. – Danville Police responded to a residence on Sea Biscuit Drive.  Johnny Satterly, 48, was found to be under the influence and falsely reported that his residence had been burglarized.  As officers attempted to investigate, Satterly was uncooperative and gave officers a false name.  Satterly was arrested for falsely reporting an incident, giving an officer false information.  Satterly also had an active arrest warrant for contempt of court.
• 03-02-2024, 5:01 p.m. – Officers encountered James Weaver, 43, on Walton Avenue.  Weaver was arrested on an active arrest warrant for contempt of court.
• 03-02-2024, 5:01 p.m. – Officers encountered Christian Buckner, 33, on Walton Avenue.  Buckner was arrested on an active arrest warrant for failure to appear.
• 03-02-2024, 11.30 p.m. – Danville Police conducted a traffic stop of a Ford F350 on Stanford Road after observing careless driving.  During the investigation, officers determined the operator, Johanna Ingram, 47, was under the influence.  Ingram was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• 03-03-2024, 1:26 a.m. – Officers responded to a residence on E. Walnut Street for a 911 hang up call.  During the investigation Carla Grey, 59, was found to be in violation of an interpersonal protection order.  Grey was arrested for violation of an IPO.
• 03-03-2024, 7:32 p.m. – Danville Police encountered Joshua Carrier, 37, during a traffic stop on Hustonville Road.  Carrier was arrested for an active arrest warrant for probation violation.  During the investigation, officers located marijuana and methamphetamine in the vehicle resulting in additional charges.
• 03-03-2024, 10:14 p.m. – Danville Police conducted a traffic stop of a Ford F250 on the Danville Bypass after observing several lane violations.  During the investigation, officers determined the operator, Peter Degiovanni, 64, was under the influence.  Degiovanni was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• 03-03-2024, 10:38 p.m. – Danville Police conducted a traffic stop on a Mazda CX-5 on S. 4th St. for failing to illuminate its headlamps. During the investigation, officers determined the operator, Martin Patton, 62, was under the influence.  Patton was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
• 03-05-2024, 8:25 a.m. – Officers encountered Tiffany Wright, 31, during a traffic stop on the Danville Bypass.  Wright was arrested for an active arrest warrant for failure to appear.  Wright was also served a Missouri extradition warrant for parole violation.
• 03-05-2024, 1:37 p.m. – Officers received a warrant service request and located James Bailey, 42, in the Danville manor.  Bailey was arrested on an active arrest warrant for assault 4th degree and terroristic threatening.
• 03-06-2024, 12:12 a.m. – Danville Police responded to Murphy’s USA for a Ford Ranger that had driven over the curb and became stuck.  During the investigation, officers determined the driver Michael Harbaugh, 30, was under the influence.  During the incident, officers also located methamphetamine.  Harbaugh was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine, open container, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree.
• 03-06-2024 8:24 p.m. – Officers conducted a traffic stop on Hustonville Road.  During the investigation, officers uncovered fentanyl pills.  Jordan Alcorn, 23, was cited for possession of fentanyl.
• 03-07-2024, 8:45 p.m. – Officers encountered James Manning, 42, at Pioneer Playhouse campground.  Manning was arrested on active arrest warrants for non-payment of fines x2, and contempt of court.
• 03-07-2024, 12:11 p.m. – Officers encountered Jessica Poth, 37, on Lincoln Avenue.  Poth was arrested on an active warrant for unlawful transaction with a minor 3rd degree.
• 03-07-2024, 7:58 p.m. – Officers encountered Darrielle St. Martin McNeal, 26, on Hill N Dale Drive.  St. Martin McNeal was arrested on active warrants for failure to appear x2, and an indictment warrant charging her with 4 counts of trafficking a controlled substance.
