Danville Police makes several DUI arrests, drug arrests

Below is a list of some recent arrests by the Danville Police Department.

  • March 18, 4:26 p.m. – Officers responded to a check welfare call near Kroger.  A female appearing under the influence was leaving the area in a Ford Explorer.   Danville Police performed a traffic stop on the vehicle in question after observing several lane violations.  The operator was identified as Krystal Sousis, 37, of Danville.  During the investigation Sousis was determined to be under the influence and was charged with operating on a suspended driver’s license and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
  • March 19, 11:11 p.m. – Officers responded to Walmart for a male subject inside the store appearing to be under the influence.  Officers located and identified Joseph Barrow, 39, of Junction City.  Barrow was determined to be under the influence and was found to have an active warrant for failure to appear.  During a search, Barrow was found in possession of drug paraphernalia and suspected heroin.  Barrow was charged with public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (heroin).
  • March 20, 7:43 p.m. – Officers conducted a traffic stop on Perryville Road for a traffic violation.  During the investigation officers located press fentanyl inside the vehicle.  Elija Israel, 21, of Danville was charged with disregarding a stop sign, operating a vehicle with an expired license, and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (fentanyl).  Nick Walker, 24, of Danville was charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree (fentanyl).
  • March 21, 1:39 a.m. – Officers responded to a disturbance on E. Broadway St.  During the investigation officers encountered Paul Feltner, 45, of Danville.  Feltner was determined to be under the influence, admitted to recently smoking meth and was charged with public intoxication.
  • March 21, 11:08 p.m. – Officers initially responded to a male “passed out” behind the wheel of a vehicle near Windjammers.  Just prior to arrival the vehicle had driven across the Danville Bypass and came to rest off the roadway.  Officers located the operator Jason Jasper, 35, of Burnside.  During the investigation, Jasper was determined to be under the influence.  During a search, the officers located Xanax and drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle.  Jasper was charged with, driving on a DUI suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree.
  • March 23, 10:27 p.m. – Officers responded to a reckless driver complaint and located the vehicle in question pulling into the speedway parking lot.  The operator was identified as Harold Torres, 36 of Danville.  During the investigation Torres was determined to be under the influence.  Torres was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence and operating on a suspended drivers license.
  • March 24, 12:12 a.m. – Officers responded to an intoxicated driver complaint and located the vehicle illegally parked, and in reverse in the Speedway parking lot.  Officers identified the driver as Christina Lombarado, 37, of Danville.  During the investigation, Lombardo was determined to be under the influence and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
