Boyle County Public Works constructed a new bridge on Rice Clark Road. Public Works built this bridge themselves, rather than contracting the work, saving the taxpayers thousands of dollars. This project will be used across the state as a model for other counties with stretched resources to use their existing staff to replace aging bridges and save valuable resources.
