The 2024 Brass Band Festival was held from May 30 through June 1 and drew visitors from across the globe to celebrate horns and all the genres of music in which they are used.
In addition to a weekend of live music, the festival featured a variety of activities for those of all ages. Saturday’s parade saw downtown Danville packed full of people eager to watch the festivities.
The Kentucky Wheelmen, a national organization of bicycle history enthusiasts, led out the parade. They have led the parade for every year of the festival going back to 1990.
