Meeting

Boyle County Board of Education – 6:35 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 8, at Boyle County High School Library. The regular working session scheduled for 6:30  p.m. has been cancelled and rescheduled as a special called meeting at 6:35 p.m. Agenda includes: notice to board of field trips, personnel actions and fuels quotes; working session to include discussion on the 2018-2019 budget, alternative school, New Boyle County Middle School Construction Project Alternate 1 and Alternate 4, and fund raising for theater seats;  regular board meeting agenda; and consider Boyle County High School Boys’ BowlingTeam overnight/out-of-state trip request.

Correction

The owners of Wilderness Trace Distillery, which was given the Danville-Boyle County Chamber of Commerce’s Outstanding Small Business award, were misidentified in Monday’s Advocate-Messenger. They appear correctly identified here.
