The guest speaker for the Sept. 14 DAR meeting was Mr. David Trimble, who is the general counsel (lawyer) for the Department of Licensing in the Public Protection Cabinet in Frankfort.  He gave a fascinating talk about how the Constitution benefits us. His talk was entitled, “We Have Given You A Republic. If you Can Keep it.
