Vote for Coffey and Linderman

Are you tired of legislators unwilling to share their views on issues and votes with the general public, but only with business leaders and campaign donors? Are you tired of legislators putting their party ideology ahead of their constituents needs? Are you tired of legislators refusing to work across party lines to accomplish important work?

Then vote for Lydia Coffey by writing in her name as our state representative in Frankfort. She cares deeply about issues affecting her fellow citizens, as I am sure Daniel Elliott, her opponent, does. However, she is willing to stand independently from party politics and openly debate her views.

Then vote for Hank Linderman for our U.S. representative, a breath of fresh air opposing Brett Guthrie. Mr. Guthrie, a nice enough man, refuses to provide voters his views by responding to VoteSmart.org. Although rated highly by ultra-conservative lobby groups, his ratings are abysmal elsewhere. For example: he is rated 0 percent by Environment America, Clean Water Action, League of Conservation Voters, Humane Society, Civil and Human Rights, the NAACP, the National Catholic Social Justice Lobby, and the NEA (National Education Association). He rates a big 7 percent by Alliance for Retired Americans.
