Danville police arrest three on heroin charges

Three people were arrested on drug charges late Monday night following a traffic stop for an equipment violation.

At 11:41 p.m., Danville Police officer Aaron Sparks stopped a 2000 GMC Sonoma pickup truck on Brenda Avenue and found heroin, marijuana, pills, drug paraphernalia and a firearm inside the vehicle. The three occupants were Dakota S. Perkins, 27, of Waynesburg; Jonathan K.Crawford, 26, of Danville; and Amanda Wrobleski-Baldock, 28, of Harrodsburg.

They were arrested on the following charges and are lodged in the Boyle County Detention Center:

• Perkins: rear license not illuminated; driving on DUI suspended license; trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; carrying a concealed deadly weapon; possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with physical evidence; possession of marijuana.

• Crawford: trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; possession of drug paraphernalia; first-degree promoting contraband; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, drug unspecified.

• Wrobleski-Baldock: trafficking in a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; giving officer false identification; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree promoting contraband; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin.
