The following people were indicted by a Boyle County grand jury on Jan. 22:

• Charles Lopez, 40, Hustonville: first-degree criminal facilitation to commit trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $2,000 and Tanner Abbott with the Boyle County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Kayla Stevens, 28, Danville: second-degree hindering prosecution or apprehension when she allegedly gave assistance to Jeremy Cook to prolong his apprehension. Bail was set at $2,000. Casey McCoy with the BCSO testified.

• Dequenton Alcorn, 35, Danville: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for final sentencing. Bail was set at $10,000. Kari Wilson testified for the Commonwealth.

• Roger Baker, 24, Berea: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Tanner Barrett, 23, Lancaster: second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the Boyle County Detention Center as ordered by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Waylon Bowling, 42, Waynesburg: identity theft. Bail was set at $5,000. Ben Ray with the Danville Police Department testified.

• Johnathan Bowman, 32, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl, second offense; driving under the influence of intoxicants, second offense; Bail was set at $20,000. Aaron Sparks with the DPD testified.

• Jessica Clement, 30, Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband in the jail. Bail was set at $5,000. Brian Cloyd with the Harrodsburg Police Department testified.

• Rosemary Coffman, 30, Burgin: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Juniqua Coulter, 25, Harrodsburg: second-degree escape for allegedly failing to return to the jail as order by the judge. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified. Theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Chris Wentz with the PDP testified. Second-degree robbery by using physical force; theft by unlawful taking of property valued between $500 and $10,000; third-degree criminal mischief. Bail was set at $10,000. Jacob Ruhe with DPD testified.

• Danette Divine, 43, Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Mary Francis, 31, Harrodsburg: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense; third-degree burglary; being a persistent felony offender; possession of drug paraphernalia, syringe. Bail was set at $20,000. Sally Bustle with the DPD testified.

• Savannah Gast, 31, Junction City: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth; first-degree promoting contraband into the jail. Bail was set at $10,000. Angela Watson with the BCDC testified.

• Lloyd Graham, 50, 123 Beech St., first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for a pretrial conference. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Christopher Harlan, 28, Danville: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified. Tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000 and Sparks testified.

• Ronald Hawkins, 31, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Billy Hendrickson, 39, Danville: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and McCoy testified.

• John Hocker, 30, Shelbyville: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for a status hearing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• John Hughes, 49, Danville: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Kyle Lyons with the BCSO testified.

• Lea Kendrick, 48, Harrodsburg: first-degree promoting contraband into the jail; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000. Tim Rice with the BCDC testified.

• Cynthia Lawson, 44, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, pipe. Bail was set at $5,000. Chad Bartleson with the DPD testified.

• David Lopez, 31, Frankfort: first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $10,000 and Abbott testified.

• Frankie Mason, 42, Harrodsburg: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Daniel Richey, 33, Hustonville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, scales. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.

• Donald Roach, 36, Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia, straw. Bail was set at $5,000. Casey Whittle with the DPD testified.

• Tristan Robinson, 26, Crab Orchard: theft by unlawful taking of a vehicle valued at more than $10,000. Bail was set at $10,000. Donnie Moses with BCSO testified.

• Cathy Rogers, 48, Hustonville: third-degree burglary for allegedly entering Walmart; theft by unlawful taking of merchandise valued less than $500. Bail was set at $5,000. Norman Lawrence with Walmart loss prevention testified.

• Amber Sanford, 35, Wilmore: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Sparks testified.

• Michael Sheene, 55, Danville: first-degree burglary while armed with a knife; first-degree assault for allegedly stabbing the victim. Bail was set at $40,000. Paul Megilligan with the DPD testified.

• Shane Sinkhorn, 41, Junction City: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $5,000 and Abbott testified.

• Chase Smith, 27, Nicholasville: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for a final sentencing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Hagen Smith, 31, Perryville: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000 and Megilligan testified.

• Stephen Swann, 37, Danville: first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly shooting a firearm toward a victim. Bail was set at $5,000 and Mullins testified.

• Jennifer Tully, 45, Junction City: tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl. Bail was set at $5,000 and McCoy testified.

• Stephanie Varner, 29, Crab Orchard: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Melissa Walker, 41, Nicholasville: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for an arraignment. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Joshua Wethington, 20, Danville: first-degree bail jumping for allegedly failing to appear for final sentencing. Bail was set at $10,000 and Wilson testified.

• Eugenia White, 42, Lexington: driving without liability insurance; tampering with physical evidence; fraudulent use of ID card to obtain benefits. Bail was set at $5,000. Kody Cloud with BCSO testified.

• Rebecca Whitehouse, 21, Danville: receiving stolen property valued between $500 and $10,000. Bail was set at $5,000. Bill Cruce with Mercer County Sheriff’s Office testified.

• Justin Williams, 33, Danville: manufacturing meth. Bail was set at $20,000 and Lyons testified.

• Larry Wofford, 59, Harrodsburg: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $5,000 and Cloud testified.
