Andrew “Drew” Cole Terry

1985-2019

Andrew “Drew” Cole Terry, 33, of Stanford, Ky., passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.

He was born on December 21, 1985, to Johnny and Barbara Davis Terry. Drew was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church in Stanford. He was an avid U.K. basketball fan, loved soccer, and enjoyed writing and online gaming with friends. Drew was a graduate of Lincoln County High School, class of 2004. He attended Eastern Kentucky University.

In addition to his parents, survivors include one brother, Christopher “Cody” Terry of Richmond, Ky.; and one grandmother, Elsie Terry of Stanford, Ky. Drew had several aunts and uncles, Nita Sellers (Billy) of Liberty, Ky., Kaye Lane of Lancaster, Ky., Suzie Naylor (Tommy) of Moreland, Ky., and Shanna Davis Peck of Danville, Ky. Drew had several cousins also, Shelly Hill and Dale Sellers of Liberty, Ky., Jimmy Lane of Science Hill, Ky., Charity Washington of Bradenton, Fla., Jade Teater and Jamison Teater of Lancaster, Ky., and Darby Peck and Drafton Peck of Danville, Ky.

He was preceded in death by three grandparents, Otto Terry, and Lincoln and Doris Davis; two aunts, Connie Davis and Susan Teater; and one cousin, Stephanie Popplewell.

A one day service has been scheduled for Tuesday, February 19, 2019. A visitation will be held from 5-7 p.m. at Spurlin Funeral Home Chapel, Stanford followed by a funeral service beginning at 7 p.m. with Bro. Gerald Robinson officiating.

Memorials in lieu of flowers may be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
