Garrard County grand jury hands up indictments on 10

The following people were indicted by a Garrard County grand jury on March 1:

• Jeffrey Scott Isaacs, 52, Paint Lick: first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, methamphetamine; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $5,000 cash. Officer Preston with the Garrard County Police Department testified.

• Christen Fields, 25, Lancaster: two counts first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $2,500 cash and Preston testified.

Marshall Thompson, 36, Lancaster: two counts first-degree trafficking a controlled substance, meth, second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin. Bail was set at $50,000 cash and Preston testified.

• Kenneth Tuttle, 43, Crab Orchard: first-degree criminal mischief when he damaged vehicles belonging to someone else; first-degree criminal mischief when he damaged a residence; two counts first-degree wanton endangerment; first-degree persistent felony offender. Bail was set at $25,000 cash and Preston testified.

• Dustin Watson, 32, Middlesboro: third-degree criminal trespassing by unlawfully entering the Lancaster Cemetery; first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, meth, second offense; possession of drug paraphernalia; tampering with physical evidence. Bail was set at $10,000 and Preston testified.

• William Davis, 40, Richmond: receiving stolen property valued more than $500 when he possessed a quantity of metal. Bail was set at $2,500. Officer Napier with GCPD testified.

• Donna Camel, 44, Lancaster: second-degree burglary. Summons was issued and Officer Taylor with the Lancaster Police Department testified.

• Shawn Haight, 29, Crab Orchard: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana. Bail was set at $2,500. Officer Weston with the GCPD testified.

• Autumn Voorhies, 27, Junction City: speeding more than 26 mph over limit; first-degree fleeing or evading police in a vehicle; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, heroin; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana. Summons was issued.

• Ralph Price, 58, Lancaster: driving under the influence of intoxicants; second-degree assault of an officer. Bail was set at $5,000 cash.Troopers Kearney and Walls with Kentucky State Police testified.

• Jonathan Wells, 42, Nicholasville: flagrant nonsupport more than $1,000. Bail was set at $11,000 cash. Custodial parent testified.
