Housing Authority of Danville — 9 a.m. Monday, March 25 at 1014 Rosemont Ave. Agenda includes: approval of minutes, bills, and collection loss for March; update on Old Shakertown Road Development; Danville High School Track Program; and executive director evaluations.

Danville City Commission — 5:30 p.m. Monday at city hall. Agenda includes: retirement recognition of code enforcement Ofc. Tom Broach; a resolution on the Henson Trail bid award; the first reading of amendment to joint zoning ordinance; and the first reading of an ordinance for the intent of annexing U.S. 150/Wilderness Road Area.

Boyle County Fiscal Court — 10 a.m., Tuesday, March 26, Agenda includes: items on the consent calendar; EMA – consider appointment of applicant agent and alternate, request for Siren Repair, Solid Waste and Recycling by Angie Muncy, Recycling Grant, consider billboard contract; permission to advertise for full time hire by public works; and present Fiscal Court February Financial Statements, Joint Jail Budget and Boyle Jail Budget.

Overdose response training

Boyle County ASAP and the Boyle County Extension Office are cosponsoring an Overdose response training  4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 28 at the Boyle County Extension Office, 99 Corporate Drive.

Free Narcan (Naloxone) will be available, as well as a free dinner, and information about substance use disorder treatment and recovery resources.
