Casey grand jury indicts six

The following people were indicted by a Casey County grand jury on Sept. 9:

• Malcolm N. Brown, 23, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth. Bail was set at $1,500. Casey County Constable Ralph Mondie testified.

• Tami Sue Campbell, 54, Yosemite: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, third offense; possession of marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500. Casey County Sheriff Chad Weddle testified.

• Timothy S. Childress, 26, Liberty: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth, second offense; driving under the influence of intoxicants; excessive windshield tinting; careless driving; driving on a suspended license. Bail was set at $1,500 and Weddle testified.

• Honorio Graillet, aka, Honorio Graillet-Zamudio, 33, Russell Springs: first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth; first-degree promoting contraband into the Casey County Detention Center; tampering with physical evidence; DUI; no driver’s license; no seat belts in use. Bail was set at $2,500. Zach Scott with the Kentucky State Police testified.

• Eric Lynn Terry, 37, Liberty: first-degree bail jumping by failing to appear for a final sentencing. No bond was set. Dennis Allen testified for the Commonwealth.

• Christopher Lee Weddle, 44, Liberty: second-degree assault; fourth-degree assault; third-degree criminal trespassing. Bail was set at $25,000. Ronnie Smith with the Liberty Police Department testified.
