  • Joshua F. Yates, 24, Virginia: resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct; third-degree criminal mischief; and menacing, 30 days each count, to run consecutively, credit for time served, remaining time probated two years, banned from Quality Inn, restitution.
  • Sarah J. McMullin, 33, Richmond: leaving the scene of an accident, 90 days; driving on suspended license; possession of drug paraphernalia; and resisting arrest, 30 days each count, all time to run consecutively, credit for seven days served, remaining time probated one year, restitution.
  • Jane Maxwell, 34, Taylorsville: public intoxication with a controlled substance, 14 days.
  • Michael R. Cavanah, 34, Danville: public intoxication with a controlled substance, seven days, concurrently with Mercer County time.
  • Patrick A. Cross, 32, Danville: theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, merchandise valued less than $500, 90 days, consecutively with all other time, probated one year, banned from Walmart.
  • Teena Kay Horton, 44, Nicholasville: theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, merchandise valued less than $500, 90 days, to serve seven days, remaining time probated one year, banned from Walmart; contempt of court, dismissed.
  • Renaldo Serrano Reyes, 49, Magnolia, Kentucky: driving under the influence of intoxicants, $200, license suspended 120 days; no liability insurance, 60 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year; and no driver’s license, no or expired registration plates and no insurance card, all dismissed.
  • Matthew Stephen Tolbert, 30, Danville: DUI second offense, amended to first offense, four days, $200 fine, license suspended 120 days; second-degree wanton endangerment, dismissed; no liability insurance, 60 days, to serve four days, remaining time probated one year.
  • Christina M. Combs, 25, Danville: possession of marijuana, $200; contempt of court, dismissed.
  • Melisa Hicks, 48, Junction City: DUI,$200, license suspended 120 days; possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident, license to be in possession and contempt of court, 30 days each count, to run concurrently, credit for 30 days served.
  • Sharai B. Hogue, 31, Danville: theft by unlawful taking, shoplifting, $100 fine, 30 days, probated one year, banned from Walmart, $81.46 restitution.
  • Octavio Chavez, 44, Stanford: public intoxication, $50 fine; tampering with physical evidence, amended to criminal attempt, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, meth and contempt of court, all dismissed.
  • Kimberly A. Naylor, 38, Danville: second-degree cruelty to animals, seven days.
  • James A. Coomer, 56, Danville: public intoxication, $100 fine; failure to notify address change to DOT, dismissed.
  • Amanda Delaney, 27, Lancaster: third-degree burglary, amended to criminal attempt, 365 days, credit for two days served, remaining time probated two years, banned from Walmart.
  • Carrie Sue Rogers, 39, Harrodsburg: public intoxication, $25 fine; second-degree criminal trespassing, 30 days, credit for one day served, remaining time probated one year.
  • Ryan L. Smith, 37, Danville: fourth-degree domestic assault, 90 days, probated one year.
